As I mentioned yesterday, nísperos are a big deal in the San Juan del Obispo village. In fact, this past weekend they held their 2nd Nispero Festival. At this festival, they presented their new nipper monument. They also had nispero fruit clusters, nispero jams, nispero liquor, et cetera.
