“Hey! The security guard took my umbrella but forgot to give me a numbered disk!”
I believe these are numbered disks given to bank clients who come in with bags or packages, which are held by security staff who hand them back when they leave, at which point the client hands back the numbered disk…..a bit like in the supermarkets?
