Often I see people placing Guatemalans into a tight, constricting box of looks, really tight set of guidelines of what Guatemalans are supposed to look like. As far I remember, I have been sharing portraits of Guatemalans as varied as possible to show that Chapines are a rainbow of possibilities. This portrait of a couple Guatemalans shows how diverse we can be, don’t you agree?

I 1000% agree with you but let’s be clear. She’s not Guatemalan but for sure she’s had some in her. That’s my cousin Dereck and his gf? my family is very diverse I can send you pictures of them if you like. And they are Guatemalan for sure!
