The delicious Vietnamese soup Pho is one of the most elusive dishes in Guatemala. In fact, before the restaurant Como Como put it on their daily menu lunch specials, I have never seen it being offered anywhere in Guatemala, so when I was craving pho, I cooked it myself at home. Obviously, having the chef Eric from Como Como preparing it brings the taste, presentation and quality to a new level.
The only problem I see now is the pho is not yet in their permanent menu, which means we must ask them to prepare it ahead of time or even petition to have it on their permanent menu.
