Foodie Fridays — Pork BBQ Ribs with Coconut from 27 Adentro

27 Adentro Restaurant is serving up an exotic and delicious Costilla de cerdo en barbacoa con coco or pork’s barbecue ribs with coconut sauce slowly cooked over roasted pineapple slices accompanied by fried plantains and white rice. ¡Buen provecho!

This new dish on their menu is part of the creative take and presentation of the Guatemalan and Latin American cuisines offered by 27 Adentro Restaurant, which, by the way, recently moved to “Centro Gastronómico La Fuente.”

The new address for 27 Adentro Restaurant is on 4a calle oriente No. 14, inside No 8.
