My goal this week is to catch up with some of the pending items. Mexican carnitas was on top of the list. You can have 1/2 pound of carnitas with tortillas and all these different salsas for Q32/$4 and a Cabro or Gallo beer for another Q8/$1 at La Doña restaurant located on 4a calle oriente, past 1a avenida norte. ¡Buen provecho!

Ah! Your delays are not your denials, Rudy. You asked us some time back if we wanted to know where to get the carnitas and I personally thought you had forgotten us….but no chance; and of course with another of your amazing and appetizing food photos…the pinchos picture was also brilliant; I almost chewed into my computer screen!
I am glad you see that sometimes I take a long time to come through requests, but eventually I deliver. Buen provecho.
