It was on July 27, 2006 when I shared my version of the reflected arches on Tanque de la Unión, which you can see below. 12 years 4 months 2 days later I bring you the night version of Arches reflected on Pilas de Santa Clara.

Even though sometimes it feels like nothing ever changes in Antigua Guatemala, almost everything is changing all the time. The arches of Pilas de Santa Clara have been renovated so it is the house in the corner which now is a restaurant with Spanish tiles, tejas, on the rooftop.

Which one you like better?

We made this image as part of yesterday’s photo walk to learn how to shoot monuments and buildings at night. Make sure you book a photo walk with me if you want to learn how capture the beautiful images of Antigua Guatemala and all the places you visit the world over.
