These young compatriots have the right idea…spend Brexit time in Guatemala! We are not in any political, commercial or other special union with Guatemala, but we are quite able to share friendship, experiences and enjoy each others’ cultures. I guess from now on we have to continue to do the same with our European friends, but without the heavy machinery of the EU. I am confident I will continue to enjoy everything Europe and her people have to offer us, as my heart and home remain open to them!
