  1. Ooooooooohhhhh….. is that a fresh batch of salsa verde waiting to be diced and tossed into a pan ? I am trying to make that myself this week, but finding tomatillos in Massachusetts in December es muy dificil.

    Rudy, I cannot get to Guate again until next Summer, no matter how hungry your photos make me feel….although memories of Fernando’s Cafe make me want to catch a flight tomorrow. Thanks for the excellent pics, as always.

  2. @Claudia, there are many Guatemalan green sauces like jocón, like Manolo suggested, green chile sauce, chirmol indio which similar to chirmol, except miltomate/tomatillo is used instead.
