Typical Rainy Season Vista in Antigua Guatemala

Typical Rainy Season Vista in Antigua Guatemala

In case you haven’t noticed, we embarked on a Rainy Season Vistas series starting a few days back. This whole week I will posting rainy season vistas, it’s my personal challenge to find beautiful and intriguing imagery from the rainy season. Today’s entry for instance can be replicated in just about all the ruins and churches around Antigua Guatemala. However, the picture above was taken in San Gaspar Vivar, one of the smallest villages of Antigua Guatemala.

    • There’s one thing I can not transmit with these images of the rainy season and that’s the smell, the aroma of the wet and soaked soil. Too bad because that is half the experience.
